1. Delivery Policy

1.1 Delivery Timing
To ensure high quality and design precision, a minimum notice of two (2) days is required for all floral orders. This allows time to source fresh blooms and prepare arrangements with care.

1.2 Weekend Orders
Weekend deliveries are available with advance notice. Orders must be placed by Thursday to confirm availability for Saturday or Sunday events.

1.3 Delivery Fees
A standard delivery fee of $15–$35 applies based on location. Final delivery cost will be confirmed upon booking. Local pickup may be available upon request.

1.4 Free Delivery
Free delivery is available for orders over $150 within a 10-mile radius of San Jose, CA. Standard delivery fees apply for smaller orders or locations outside this radius.

2. Order Changes

Requests for changes, including adjustments to design, delivery time, or recipient details, must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Accommodation of such requests will depend on the preparation status of the order and availability of materials.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Full Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before delivery are eligible for a full refund.

3.2 Partial Refunds
Cancellations made within 48 hours may qualify for a partial refund, depending on materials purchased and work completed.

3.3 No Refunds After Delivery
No refunds are available once the arrangement has been delivered or picked up, except in cases of verified product quality concerns. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

4. Payment Policy

Credit card payments are not accepted at this time. Accepted payment methods include:

Payment details will be provided upon booking.

5. Pricing Policy

Arrangements start at $49.99, with premium designs up to $249.99. Custom wedding packages are available upon consultation and tailored to the client’s preferences and budget.

6. Design Policy

Clients must discuss in advance if they intend to bring floral materials, designs, or arrangements created by other designers or for DIY purposes. External floral materials cannot be incorporated without prior approval.
